BRN is aiming to get a roomful of politicians and journalists to attend the 14.08.18 Media Forum hosted by Senator Anning. We have invited over 700 people. Each of those invited have been given the information below. These outrageous cases of bank criminality - as well as what will be revealed at the Forum - prove the need for a longer and stronger Banking Royal Commission. Meaningful reforms will require major changes in the way the finance system is structured. The question is .... will Commissioner Hayne, the pollies and the journalists side with the people .... or the banks?

In 1994 under proceeding number 5356 of 1994 George Biritz issued a Writ against the NAB in the Victorian Supreme Court. The bank was unsuccessful in its attempt to convince the Supreme Court to strike out the Biritz family Claim. That's why they presented George Biritz with a fraudulent sequestration order.
 
The National Australia Bank created fraudulent court orders and a fake judgment. The Chief Justice of the Federal Court failed to act and instead covered up systematic criminal conduct by the bank, becoming an accomplice. The Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Australia also failed to act.

After years of government disregard for financial system criminality the people have decided to take matters into their own hands. By choosing to boycott CBA for at least 12 months people have decided to send a strong message to Malcolm Turnbull and the directors of CBA - a message that will be heard around the world. People have had enough of the rip offs and crime permeating the banking system. If a bank can't make adequate profits without crime then it is time to change the industry model. A new system is required and it may mean significant restructuring will be on the agenda - preferably before the next crisis.

Turnbull and the banks wanted a sham Royal Commission into the the finance sector. BRN has released 11 Key Performance Indicators to help us identify whether the Hayne inquiry is genuine or not. The Commissioner has the powers required to make sure each point is met. Will he do the job? Apart from successfully meeting the KPIs the other measure of the Commission's worth will of course be the brightness of the smile on the Turnbull dial.
