Suddenly Evicted Without Notice, Negotiation Or Alternatives

I owned two homes. One in Sydney the other in Suffolk Park. I had never defaulted and had over $600,000~ equity between the two homes. The mortgage of Suffolk Park was paid by the rent.

My business Sydney Boat Sales suddenly lost all its customers. I was a very successful broker on Sydney Harbour. I had the business for 12 years.

Long story but I stayed at home writing. A lady from ANZ came to the home. She politely asked me to catch up on the mortgage which I did. Then about 6 months later they evicted me. I was $5000 behind on the home I lived in and $9000 on the other. I had a car worth $20,000. Nobody told me or warned me I was to be evicted. I never was served with any legal notice to go to court.

The NSW Guardian now has my home which I own outright. They charge me $17,000 a year to do the paperwork. It is
rented out for $750 a week. I cannot get it back until I go to court to prove I am me.

The NSW Guardian never answers emails and when they do they take weeks and I mean weeks to reply to me.

I have no money and am in the U.K looking after my mum who is ill and 87.
